500g beef (any cheap cut)
3 medium sized onions, peel and slice,
Oil for frying
Marinade for beef
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp corn starch
2 Tbsp oil
Seasoning Sauce
2 Tbsp sugar
5 Tbsp soya sauce
1 Tbsp shaoxing wine
1/2 C water
