Need suggestions on reviving bricked HTC Touch P3452 (Elfin)

Описание: HTC Touch Elfin (P3452). Got bricked when I attempted to flash a new rom. Now as I power it on, it freezes on the boot-loader screen (tricolor screen). It displays "RUU" at the top right corner and the IPL and SPL no. I tried whatever relevant I could find on the xda-developers forum to solve the problem and still trying to find alternative ways but things are not turning out to be in my favor. I would really appreciate it if any of you viewers could share how the problem can be resolved. Thanks.
