It wasn't a bad idea at first.
The raccoon girl you took in, whom you've nicknamed RG (due to her lack of a proper name), wasn't going outside at all since she started living at your house. She's not a bad roommate, no, but you would've liked being able to work without having big eyes staring at you and little paws stealing your snacks.
You soon realized that, aside from you, she was still terrified of humans. So you gave her an old phone of yours and sent her off (not too far) to get used to her surroundings and to the people in the streets.
It wasn't a bad idea at first - until you discovered that RG forgot to mention how good she is at getting lost.
Goddamnit.
