Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor and Domperidone is a dopamine antagonist.
This combination is available as SR capsules and it is used to relive the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disorder (GERD). The capsule should be taken at least 1 hour before meal for reducing acid reflux.
