In today's video, Jarryd is joined by Sarah Fuller for an archery training session at sunrise, on boxing day!
Jarryd and Sarah train clicker control, expansion, shot timing and shot tempo. Jarryd also demonstrates an Active Release Technique (ART) variation and a Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretch for loosening tight pectorals. If you take your archery seriously, then we recommend that you find a skilled practitioner to help you with this kind of soft tissue work.
