In 2019, GTWHI alongside community members, embarked on a cultural heritage inventory journey to document the plethora of cultural heritage in George Town. From rituals to festive events, we collectively progress towards the holistic safeguarding of our cultural heritage.
This project is also part of GTWHI’s attempt in community empowerment and engagement. The communities are now equipped with the ability to document their respective practices, which is crucial in ensuring the survival of our cultural heritage.
