With the Q3 2023 release, we’re providing Sugar Sell users with more ways to stay on top of their pipeline performance and metrics.

The Forecast Dashboard now includes a new Pipeline Metrics dashlet. This dashlet replaces and expands on the previous In Forecast dashlet to enable sellers and managers to see metrics essential to the success of their individual or team pipeline without leaving their view to build reports.

We’re also modernizing Tile View with major changes, making it easier for Sell users to interact and engage with their modules. Users can now easily switch between List View and Tite View, sort Tile Views columns, and drill into records they want to focus on with Focus Drawers. Additionally, we’ve modernized the Tile View UI, and enabled the view for all sidecard modules–including custom modules!
