Drone footage taking a look at the current stage of development for St James' Hospital in Portsmouth. A mental health hospital closed many years ago and being left abandoned ever since. Now making way for many new homes.
Most of the site is still being ripped apart while roughly 20% of the site is currently occupied by new residents.
