Median sale price for September '24 - $354,150
Price difference -$32,840. Percent drop -8.48%
Condo/Townhome Market Stats
Highest Median sale price (April '24) - $260,355
Median sale price for September '24 - $245,000
Price difference - $15,355. Percent drop -5.90%
