Drawing a face with pencil - QUICK SKETCH TECHNIQUE #5

Описание: In this video I’m drawing a face with pencil using a reference photo of a man in a hat. I’m using a quick sketching technique to capture the expression of the face. The line work in this sketch is with a charcoal pencil on standard cartridge paper. I like this photo because of the real character the old fashioned hat and jacket give but it also will be a bit of a challenge as they cover up some of the face used to structure the sketch. Hopefully in this speed sketch you will be able to pick up some tips on how to sketch a face quickly!
