Welcome to the premiere of my brand-new Riverlands Challenge series! We’re diving straight into the fresh Riverlands update (launched January 6, 2026) with a tough challenge run: starting from scratch, building our first buildings and farms, recruiting Dark Elves and High Elves, and trying not to drown in total early-game chaos!

Watch as my panicked Dark Elves freak out while the calm High Elf tries to hold everything together. We hammer out wooden platforms over the river, set up our very first farms, gather resources, and pray we survive the first few days without everything collapsing (spoiler: it’s close).
