Описание: Hosting clinics in my drum studio for my students is one of the most satisfying things I do. Here is my former drum instructor Prof. STEVE HOUGHTON from the University of Indiana. He was gracious enough to swing by my studio. One of the most requested styles he covered was ECM. Since he has worked with Pat Metheny, he was able to give first hand insight. He described it as an improvised music that Fuses Latin, Rock & flattened out up tempo jazz ride patterns with an implied quasi "clave" rhythm throughout. He had the students clap out the rhythm . I look forward to having him teach in my studio again next year.
