Описание: The City of Hilliard hired Ruscilli Construction to oversee the development of 150 acres to accommodate their new recreation and wellness center, named The Well. The project includes an approximately 105,000sf rec center building that houses many recreational and wellness components (lap pool, leisure pools, open gyms, walking track, weight room, wellness center, etc). The rec center also includes a senior center, conference rooms, offices, cafe/cafeteria, and other community gathering spaces. Athletic fields were also included on the southern side of the site for the outdoor sports. Two synthetic fields, many seeded fields, restroom, concession building, and parking were provided as part of this athletic fields portion of the project.
