These little drills are quite challenging despite there being minimal motion involved!
I believe I first learned about hand balancing when I taught myself how to break dance. While these are very basic holds, they will challenge your shoulders and core to the max!
Take your time and be kind to your wrists as you begin to explore hand balance positions. If you haven't spent much time on your hands, then your wrists will revolt at first. With time and proper form you will adapt and be able to easily support your full body weight!
