Ingredients
• 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or soft dinner rolls)
• 2½–3 cups cubed cooked ham (½–¾ inch pieces work best)
• 6–8 slices Swiss, provolone, or mozzarella (or 1½–2 cups shredded)
• 2 Tbsp Dijon or honey mustard (optional but recommended)
Butter Topping
• 4 Tbsp butter, melted
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• Optional after baking: poppy seeds or parsley
Instructions (Fresh or Make-Ahead)
1. Prep rolls
Slice the entire slab of rolls in half horizontally (don’t separate).
2. Season the ham
Toss cubed ham with mustard and 1–2 Tbsp of the melted butter mixture.
3. Assemble
o Place bottom half of rolls in a greased baking dish.
o Scatter ham evenly.
o Lay cheese over ham (it’s okay if it overlaps).
o Add top half of rolls.
4. Butter the tops
Mix remaining melted butter with Worcestershire, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Brush generously over the rolls.
Bake (If Serving Right Away)
• Cover loosely with foil
• Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes
• Uncover and bake 5–8 minutes more until cheese is melted and tops are golden
