Описание: Winter Shinrin Yoku yesterday was just glorious and everything that Winter can offer us:
golden light
stillness
softness
a deep exhale

We slowed down to come into relationship, connection, with Nature.

To meet the Forest, the trees, the buzzard, each other, oneself.

To presence.

We rested, noticed, wandered, listened, senses awakened.
Laughter, emotion, feeling… and the woodlands holding every part of it.

Eaves Wood was beautiful — rainbow rays, the buzzard circling overhead, ancient trees standing quietly as we gathered around the fire.
A day of sensory awakening, gentle grounding and remembering who we are in nature.

Forest Bathing is simple, powerful and deeply human.You feel yourself again.

My heartfelt gratitude to all the women who joined yesterday, embracing and sharing their true nature and to the National Trust Eaves Wood.
