In this deeply personal video, Meca shares her life story-one marked by pain, survival, and strength. As a child, she was sexually assaulted by men who came in and out of her mother's home. What started as early childhood trauma led her into exchanging pictures with older men for money and being introduced to drugs far too young.

Her early years were consumed by sex work and addiction, trying to survive any way she could. Life hit even harder when she found out she was pregnant-then and HIV positive. She struggled with addiction throughout her pregnancy. Even after having her baby, the fight wasn't over.

Addiction still had a hold on her life... until one day, she chose to try to break free. This is her honest, unfiltered story of hurt, healing, and hope. A story for anyone who's ever felt stuck in their past, but still dreams of change.
