Occupational Therapist discourage W - sitting due to these potential issues:

1.Shortened leg muscles affecting gross motor skills and coordination
2.Higher risk of dislocation
3.Restricts trunk movement,impacting upper body rotation and bilateral coordination

How to decrease W sitting:
1.Encourage criss cross sitting
