Behind the Name of the Parsha: Who can be a Kohen Gadol?

Why would a portion of Torah be named for Korach, who was a trouble maker?

The Rebbe, in his boundless love for everyone, explains, that although Korach's deeds were completely wicked, there was something positive within his desire that we should all emulate.
And that is his desire to be Kohen Gadol, to serve in the Beis Hamikdash as High Priest.

As the Rambam writes that "any person.. whose spirit inspires him etc can attain the level of holiness of the Holy of Holies". In other words anyone can reach the spiritual level of a Kohen Gadol.

So Korach wasn't wrong in his ideology, but rather in his method of implementation. No matter how noble our desires may be, we never go against Moshe Rabeinu.

Thus we have an entire portion named for Korach, to teach us to desire to connect to Hashem on the highest of levels, but of course within whatever means we practically can, in the capacities He gave us, to always strive to be the best we possibly can.. In best of health, filled with happiness, nachas, prosperity, success and an abundance of all good things.
