From the incredible ferry ride over (seriously, is there a better way to arrive?) to meeting some of my favorite locals like the dingoes and Tasmanian devils, this place truly is the pinnacle of Australian wildlife.

We’re exploring it all: the lush landscaping of the Blue Mountains exhibit, a high-stakes search for the elusive platypus, and a trek through the African Savannah. Plus, I’ll share the "real" star attraction (the view!), my thoughts on the world's most expensive zoo water, and a front-row seat to the Free Flight Bird Show.
