Описание: Namibia is finalizing a national local content policy aimed at ensuring energy and mining investors prioritize local procurement, skills transfer and value addition, as the country targets first oil production by 2030. Speaking to Energy Capital & Power at the Libya Energy & Economic Summit in Tripoli, Deputy Minister of Industries, Mines and Energy Gaudentia Kröhne said the policy is being developed under the Upstream Unit in the Office of the President, following consultations across all 14 regions.
