The Wilhelm Foundation was proud to co-host, together with Rare Diseases International (RDI), the high-level side event “Milestones and Momentum in Rare Diseases: 10 Years of Progress, 10 Years of Possibility,” held during the 78th World Health Assembly in Geneva.
This landmark gathering represented a historic milestone for the global rare and undiagnosed disease community.
At the 2025 World Health Assembly, the World Health Organization (WHO) approved the Resolution on Rare Diseases—an unprecedented achievement for the field.
