The rack position is used for many kettlebell exercises, and it can be a little tricky to get your set up right.
Here are 7 key points to keep in mind:
1️⃣ Hand fully inserted through the kettlebell handle. 2️⃣ Handle rests on the outside of the forearm
3️⃣ Handle diagonal across the palm.
4️⃣ Wrist straight.
5️⃣ Fingers relaxed.
6️⃣ Kettlebell in the V of the shoulder, elbow, and hand. 7️⃣ Kettlebell rests against the body. There are many OTHER ways to hold a kettlebell besides the rack position.
