कोलकाता में I-PAC दफ्तर पर ईडी की छापेमारी को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जांच एजेंसी को बड़ी राहत दी है। शीर्ष अदालत ने ईडी के खिलाफ किसी भी दमनात्मक कार्रवाई पर रोक लगाते हुए पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी और राज्य सरकार को नोटिस जारी किया है।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले में CCTV फुटेज सुरक्षित रखने का आदेश भी दिया है, ताकि जांच से जुड़े सबूतों के साथ किसी तरह की छेड़छाड़ न हो सके। कोर्ट ने साफ कहा कि जांच एजेंसी के काम में बाधा नहीं डाली जानी चाहिए।
अब इस हाई-प्रोफाइल मामले की अगली सुनवाई 3 फरवरी को होगी। सवाल ये है कि क्या कोर्ट की सख्ती के बाद बंगाल की सियासत का रुख बदलेगा या फिर केंद्र बनाम राज्य की यह लड़ाई और तेज होगी?
