it is another audio for those who struggle with being social. it ressemble my previous video covering the same topic, except this one is more developped and scientifically accurate. it is also kind of exaggerated in some points.

your brain will be rewired in order for you to socialize without problem. sometimes, the problem is not you ; you can learn to « not care » as much as you want, but you still can not talk properly because of fear. fear is hard to be controled, and in case of social anxiety, social phobia, and deeply rooted shyness, your brain is conditioned to fear social situations : it is to protect you because it associates being social with danger.

this will hopefully reduce the fear to nothing. your brain will interpret social situations as harmless rather than something that is considered a threat. you are now completely healed from social anxiety and rid of any form of shyness. your amygdala is underactive in social situations. your nervous system signals a relaxation response to social cues. your brain’s calming system is extremely strong. your insula underreacts in social situations. your bodily symptom focus is low in social settings.

self conciousness is now reduced to nothingness. you feel complete indifference towards being disliked or judged. approval and validation is now reduced to the unimportant status. you find talking to people easy and effortless. your brain allows you completely to feel confident and putting yourself first. being yourself is now interpreted as safe by your brain as you now comfortable around anyone and you never censor yourself for others, regardless of who they are. being laid back is your natural state in social situations.
