• Open Public Hearing on Local Law # 1-2026 of the Town of Milton, amending the
Town Code chapter 158, article 1- Senior Citizens Exemption section 158-2 to
increase the allowable income thresholds and exemption percentages to persons
over 65 years of age.
• Motion to accept the minutes of January 7, 2026, Organizational Town Board
Meeting

• Resolution #24-2026 to approve the request from the Town of Milton Highway
Superintendent to purchase a 2026 T66 Bobcat Compact Track Steer (loader) to
replace the current 2017 T650 Track Steer, this surplus will be purchased from
Bobcat of Saratoga on NYS #PC70868 as included in the adopted budget for 2026.
• Resolution #25-2026 to approve and accept the bid submitted by Cleantec
Services for janitorial services for the Town Hall, Community Center and new
Highway Garage in the Town of Milton
• Resolution #26-2026 appointing the Town Comptroller as the Town’s voting
delegate at the NYAOT annual meeting.
• Resolution #27-2026 approving Local Law # 1-2026 amending Town Code chapter
158, article 1- Senior Citizens Exemption, Section 158-2
• Resolution #28-2026 to establish an Airport Safety Committee – Scott OstranderChair, Eric Delnicki, Dan Galvin, Frank Zilka and Ryan Mckinley
