• frozen fruits & greens
• milk of sorts (almond usually)
• super foods like chia or hemp seeds
• protein powder
• a splash of extra ningxia
• 2 YL Multigreens capsules emptied (the kids never know!!)
• Mightypro packet because they're delicious!
