Meet Seattle Rep's new Artistic Director Dámaso Rodríguez.
Dámaso brings more than two decades of vision and experience as an artistic leader to Seattle Rep having held positions as the Associate Artistic Director of Pasadena Playhouse, Artistic Director of Artists Repertory Theatre in Portland, Oregon, and most recently serving as the Vice President of Arts Consulting Group, which advises theaters across the U.S. on strategic planning and special projects. Throughout his career he has directed classics at some of the nation’s most prominent regional theaters, while also commissioning and developing new plays that have captured the imagination of audiences across the country. We’re thrilled to have Dámaso as part of the Seattle Rep family, and we look forward to his first day on July 31.
