📍The Kwun Tong district is in East Kowloon. It is fit between Wong Tai Sin District to the north, Sai Kung District to east, Kowloon City to the west and Victoria Harbour to the south.

This is the best open market in Kwun Tong
Mostly local food , groceries, meat and fish
Also frogs, tortoise , duck foot are also available for sale. as well You can find many Local food and immerse in their local life. There couple of outlets in the area for shopping bargain leaflets and poster.

This was an important industrial area from the 1950's onward. However, that time has come and gone and many of the old factory buildings have been demolished and replaced by residential as well as modern commercial buildings. Yet, this area continues to have quite a bit of Old Hong Kong feel to it in quite a few places.
