Happy Grilling

Recipe:
1kg grounded meat (beef, lamb or a mix of both)
1 finely diced medium onion
1 hand full fresh sliced mind (or parsley)
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tsp red sumac
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp ground cumin powder
½ tsp sweet paprika powder
½ tsp cardamom powder
3 crushed garlic cloves (or to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil

Mix all ingredients together.
Cover and leave overnight (or at least 4 hours) in the fridge.
Put the meat on the skewers.
Grill till perfection.
