दोस्तों, उत्तर प्रदेश के ग्रामीण इलाकों से जुड़ा रियल एस्टेट का एक ऐतिहासिक अपडेट सामने आया है।
योगी सरकार अब गांवों में जमीन और मकान से जुड़े कामों को सरल, पारदर्शी और कानूनी रूप से सुरक्षित बनाने जा रही है।

सरकार एक नया विधेयक लेकर आई है, जिसके लागू होते ही घरौनी को ही सरकारी और मान्य दस्तावेज माना जाएगा।
अब गांवों में👇
✅ जमीन की खरीद–बिक्री
✅ नाम चढ़ाना (Mutation)
✅ विरासत या बिक्री के बाद नाम बदलना
✅ मोबाइल नंबर, पता या गलती सुधारना

सब कुछ पहले से कहीं ज्यादा आसान होगा।

यह कदम केंद्र सरकार की स्वामित्व योजना के तहत उठाया गया है, जिसमें ड्रोन सर्वे के जरिए गांवों की आबादी वाले इलाकों का नक्शा और मालिकाना रिकॉर्ड तैयार किया गया है।
अब उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार इन रिकॉर्ड्स को कानूनी मान्यता दे रही है।

पर्यटन एवं संस्कृति मंत्री जयवीर सिंह के मुताबिक, इस फैसले से ग्रामीण लोग अपने मकान और जमीन के आधार पर बैंक से लोन, आर्थिक सुविधाएं और सरकारी योजनाओं का फायदा उठा सकेंगे।
साथ ही संपत्ति विवाद कम होंगे, टैक्स सिस्टम बेहतर होगा और ग्राम पंचायतों की विकास योजनाएं मजबूत होंगी।

प्रदेश के करीब 1.10 लाख गांवों को इस योजना में शामिल किया गया है और अब तक 1 करोड़ से ज्यादा घरौनियां तैयार की जा चुकी हैं।

यह कानून गांवों में जमीन और मकान के मालिकाना हक को मजबूत करने वाला एक गेम-चेंजर कदम माना जा रहा है।

A major real estate update has emerged from rural Uttar Pradesh.
The Yogi Adityanath government is taking a historic step to simplify and legally secure land ownership, house records, and property transactions in villages.

The state government has introduced a new bill, under which “Gharoni” will be treated as an official and legally valid document.
This means that in rural areas:

✔ Buying and selling land will be easier
✔ Mutation and name transfer will be simplified
✔ Inheritance-related corrections will be allowed
✔ Address, mobile number, and record corrections can be done smoothly

This initiative is part of the Central Government’s SVAMITVA Scheme, where drone surveys were conducted to map inhabited village areas and prepare ownership records.
Now, Uttar Pradesh has decided to give these records legal recognition.

According to Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh, this reform will allow villagers to use their property documents for bank loans, financial services, and government benefits.
It will also reduce land disputes, improve tax systems, enable GIS mapping, and strengthen village-level development planning.

Over 1.10 lakh villages have been notified under this scheme, and more than 1 crore Gharoni documents have already been prepared.

This law is expected to be a game changer for rural property rights and real estate transparency in Uttar Pradesh.
