Creating my first conference talk became a process of learning how to develop - and improve! - a talk. I integrated feedback from my audience and lessons learned from singing, and an iterative process emerged: Collect - Condense - Focus - Review - Trim

Not only was I able to improve my talk, I also gained confidence, essential when you present to a live audience.

I'd like to outline the importance of working on the delivery (and not only the conten!) of a talk, and present the process that helped me so much.
