Trail of the Dead is a favor in Vanaheim that revolves around slaying a dragon the Corpse Eater in The Jungle Region.
After completing the "Return of the River" favor Kratos and Atreus encounter a dragon who they have to kill. But to kill the dragon Kratos has to kill two trolls powered by the Nokens. Kratos kills the Nokens and then kills the trolls. Then they backtrack to reach the dragons lair and slay the dragon.
