Bad shopping experience buying optical pickup KHS-150A on AliExpress ZUCZUG JJ Trading Store

Описание: I bought an optical pickup KHS-150A for use with a laserdisc-player SONY MDP-850D for $ 108,82 in an AliExpress-shop named ZUCZUG JJ Trading Store.
The seller sent me an item that was damaged and didn’t work correct. Therefore I opened a dispute on PayPal. The seller wrote to me, he would send me a second item as a replacement if I would finish the dispute.
After finishing the dispute I indeed received a second item, but this one was damaged too and didn’t work either – not at all.
Seller posted: „I'm sorry to bring you a bad shopping experience.“
But the seller refused to make a refund via PayPal – the way I payed.
Claims not to have PayPal. - That's an impudence!
