Michigan and USC against Big Ten? Big Ten rumored to be ‘moving ahead’ with $2.4 billion investment, a 20-year deal with a California pension fund doesn’t need 100% approval of conference schools. Michigan and USC would have ‘3-6 months’ to opt-in or lose out. The deal would extend ‘Grant of rights’ (TV/media rights) by 10 years to 2046 and would sell 10% of ‘Big Ten Enterprises’ to UC investment fund.

Justice Haynes injury update: Michigan’s star running back has missed 2 of last 3 games, and 2nd half @ USC. He had surgery on his foot last week and post-surgery recovery going very well. There is optimism among Michigan program insiders that he’ll be ready for Ohio State game on November 29th at Michigan Stadium.
