Hello! My name is Oriana, and I’m a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Assistant who loves educating people about their pelvic floor. Initially a yoga instructor, I love looking at the whole body and mind as one piece rather than something separate. I specialize in meditation techniques, biomechanics and nervous system effects of breath work, and treating the perinatal population.
My goal with posting online content is getting out as much information as possible for the people who either aren’t getting referrals to pelvic floor PT, or aren’t able to afford it due to insane copays. This is information that should be easily accessible, so I’m here to make it that way.
