This Roof won't collapse. I Found the Simplest Solution to reach the edge!

Описание: I thought I was going to lose the house. Decades of rain and snow have weakened the master beam. If it gives way, with the house so isolated up here in the mountains, the entire roof collapses… and my dream of saving this place collapses with it.

I was stuck for days — my roof ladder doesn't grip on the ridge and I had no idea how to reach the top to fit the metal sheets. In the end, I found a ridiculously simple solution that changed everything.

This is a key step in the off-grid restoration of these two traditional mountain houses, only reachable on foot. From testing solar panels to securing the roof sheets with improvised drilling, this is the reality of mountain homesteading.

And as a reward for the hard work, the wild plum trees had a sweet surprise waiting for me 🍑
