Troops of 6 Brigade, Sector 3, Operation WHIRL STROKE, working with the Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA), carried out intelligence-led arrests of suspected gun runners in Jalingo and Ardo-Kola Local Government Areas of Taraba State, Nigeria. The operation later led to the recovery of an AK-47 rifle, magazine, and live ammunition from a residence in Murubai Village.
