ਨਾਮ ਸਿਮਰਨ, ਸਤਸੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਜੰਜੀਰਾਂ ਹੌਲੀ-ਹੌਲੀ ਟੁੱਟਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਗ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਔਗੁਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਤਮਕ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਦੀ ਖੋਜ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
