How I learned the Polish language - My three-step recipe for success!

I first moved to Poland in 2012, but had no clue how to even start learning the beautiful Polish language. It wasn't until I moved back to the U.S. that I started off on the path that would allow me to start understanding and communicating in Polish. Now I can understand the language and have long, in-depth conversations with native speakers.
Here's how I learned Polish:
1. I started using the absolutely superb resources at www.realpolish.pl. This was the real game-changer for me! Be sure to follow Piotr's channel: @MrRealPolish. It will change your life!
2. Then I started reading lots of books and listening to audiobooks from www.audioteka.pl. Try out their "super production" audiobooks. Follow them on YouTube here:@audioteka.
3. I started practicing speaking with tutors on www.italki.com. Follow italki on YouTube:@Italkilanguage.
