🥟 Vegetable Samosa Recipe
📝 Ingredients:
½ cup finely chopped carrots
½ cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 Macaroni
250 g Chicken
2 green chilies (chopped)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander (chopped)
Samosa wrappers / spring roll sheets
Oil for frying
👩‍🍳 Method:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add zera Add ginger garlic paste and then chicken add fry 1/2 mint then
Add carrots, capsicum and cook 2–3 minutes.add macaroni and all veg as you wish
Add all spices. Mix well.
Cook 2–3 minutes, add fresh coriander, then cool completely.
Fill mixture in samosa sheets, seal with flour paste.
Deep fry on medium heat until golden and crispy.
🍗 Chicken Macaroni Samosa Recipe
📝 Ingredients:
1 cup boiled macaroni
1 cup boiled & shredded chicken
1 small onion (chopped)
½ cup capsicum (chopped)
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp red chili flakes
Salt to taste
½ cup grated cheese (optional)
Samosa wrappers
Oil for frying
👩‍🍳 Method:
Heat 1 tbsp oil, sauté onion until soft.
Add capsicum and cook 1–2 minutes.
Add shredded chicken, macaroni, ketchup, soy sauce and spices.
Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Add cheese (optional) and let mixture cool.
Fill in samosa wrappers and seal properly.
Fry on medium flame until crispy and golden brown.
