This was on a commute back home from work that evening. I muted the quite overreacting comment but I was expecting there to be a collision seeing how heavily and late the BMW was braking. You could hear it by my heavy inhaling.
Given it was a 50mph to a dead stop thankfully all drivers were okay. The passenger and driver of the VW had minor injuries but went back home later that evening. Thankfully a passing paramedic and fire/police van stopped to assist.
At the scene the BMW driver was initially blaming the VW van driver for sudden braking, although they were stopped long before they arrived.
I parked up outside the Sywell shooting ground to pass on my details to the victim and police, but have only had contact with the victim to know that they've received my footage and was recovering quickly after the incident. Surprisingly despite multiple witnesses behind me I was the only one that stopped.
