Ingredients
Paneer cubes/ cottage cheese cubes - 1 bowl
Curd - 3 tablespoons
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon or as required
Salt - as required
Garam masala/ all spice mix - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - as required
Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
Coriander leaves - finely chopped as required
Cabbage - 1 small bowl shredded
Carrot - 1/2 shredded
Onion - 1/2 julienne
Capsicum - 1/2 bowl julienne
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Roti/ chapati - 1
Instructions
Take a bowl and add paneer cubes, curd, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, and coriander leaves. Mix it properly and rest it for 5 minutes.
Take another bowl and add cabbage, carrot, onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, chaat masala, and salt. Mix it properly and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add above-marinated paneer. Saute it on a medium to high flame for 3 to 4 minutes until it becomes dry. Turn off the flame.
Take a roti and place the sauteed paneer in the centre.
Top it with the above-prepared salad and coriander leaves. Sprinkle chaat masala.
Now, fold one of the side tightly and roll it.
Cut it into two equal pieces.
