Tour of Negril Pediatric Orthotic Clinic 2024

Описание: Here is a tour of our pediatric orthotic clinic in Negril Jamaica. This clinic is staffed by POGO volunteers and additional volunteers from the Rotary club. All services are provided at no charge to the patients.

We provide orthotic care to patients who travel from all across the island. Our goal is to have whatever they might need when they get there, this includes AFO‘s, K AFO‘s, hip, BBracing, wrist and elbow, splints, knee, splints, etc. it is also very important that we’re able to provide them with both shoes to fit the AFO‘s and appropriate socks to wear within the AFO‘s in order to help ensure that they don’t have pressure sores or other issues once they leave the clinic.

We get very excited when we have patients that come in being carried and are able to walk out with racing, socks, and shoes the very same day.
