I forgot to record my original clear so this is indeed a slightly lower score but it's the same strategy.

Gearing:
Rearmed Alex needs one movement to get enough EVA to not get sure hit by the boss. R. Bishop has 1834 HIT so divide by 1.875 and the magic threshold is 979. I believe you're capping on type 1 resists here so as long as you have a few anti-X substats you're good to go, which is why I went with crit dmg res latent on the hands. Apart from Alex, put your best CDR set on Harim as you want her to ult ASAP to apply her ult's skill haste debuff on bishop. JSY just needs enough skill haste to counter Bishop's skill as needed.
Lineup:
Both skills of New Ohio ship are crucial for this strategy to help delay Bishop's skill and ult.
Alex, Kaci, or their rearm versions should all work. They're both tanky and dispel a buff on their skill (both base and rearm versions). I don't believe the stealth detection is actually needed here, so worst case you can sub in someone else like Orca and run some support that dispels buffs, like Machine Collector, Lulu, YXL, etc.
Why do you need a buff dispel? Bishop's ult summons a shadow clone of herself that seems to have very low HP, but has a permanent invincibility buff. This clone will soak up damage, such as from XL who only has one valid hit on her basic attack, and if it lives long enough, Bishop reabsorbs it to boost their ult bar by like 30-40% instantly. So if you don't dispel the invincibility debuff she'll keep doing it over and over very quickly. Due to the -30% skill haste debuff this week, I could only take -10% skill haste modifier to make timings line up.
I initially ran Alex lead to help her survive but I don't think it's actually necessary. XL lead is probably marginally better, though I doubt it makes a big difference.
I think Harim is pretty necessary for the team skill haste buff and enemy skill haste debuff and JSY is definitely necessary to counter Bishop's skill, but apart from that I think most of the other units can be substituted if needed.
Strategy:
Auto deploy results in a nice consistent opening. AJia is specifically 3rd in the line up so that only XL and Alex deploy. If Harim is 3rd and comes out on auto, she walks forward too far and doesn't buff or shield XL with her skill. I start with auto ult as well and turn it off after Harim ults.
New Ohio skill 1 is cast at 2:46 to delay Bishop skill and ult for as long as possible. JSY is cast at 2:33-2:32 to counter the skill. The timing is important as Bishop's skill targets the furthest units. If JSY drops too early and walks in front, either you backline is gonna get rekt (very bad) or get knocked down (dps loss). If JSY deploys too late and isn't the target of the skill, he'll still counter, but your backline will die anyways. After that you just deploy the other units in order, no micro needed.
After Harim ults, which heals your tank and reduces Bishop's skill haste, I turn off auto ult.
There's no specific timing for New Ohio skill 2, just don't pop it immediately when it comes up or you'll waste a lot of the benefit. Each pulse decreases enemy's skill charge so if you pop it when Bishop has no ult charge you'll just keep resetting it to 0 and waste some of the benefit. As long as Bishop doesn't ult again before skill 1 comes off cooldown you're fine.
Keep delaying until you get your last unit is out then slap on auto ult and watch the fireworks go. Around the same time, use ship skill 1 again when Bishop's ult is near full charge to prevent her from making the clone and tanking your damage.
I'm sure there's some inefficiency here but it should be a pretty smooth and decently scoring run.
