In this video, we take you on a fascinating journey to revive a brand new old stock (NOS) Tourist divers watch from the 1960s. This timepiece is completely untouched and still in its original packaging. We’ll delve into the past and explore historical paperwork (badges) and the original plastic packaging.

History of the Tourist Watch Company:
The Tourist watch brand was established in the 1950s but unfortunately did not survive past the 1960s. Despite its brief existence, Tourist watches were known for their robust construction and distinctive design.

Watch Features:
Massive Build: The watch case is solidly built to withstand 50 ATM (Atmospheres) of pressure, making it a true diver's watch.

Restoration Process:
I meticulously service, clean, and lubricate both the movement and the case to bring this watch back to its original glory. During the cleaning, I discovered some unattractive screws inside the watch, which I replaced with new ones and blued with flame.
Finally, witness the transformation as I restore this watch to its original condition, preserving its historical charm.
