In this short video, you will learn how to draw a crystal structure (unit cell) from scratch using Vesta software for science projects or research purposes. Go to file, open new structure, select space group, and input the values of lattice constant, cartesian coordinates (x, y, z), and angle, then click OK. You can edit atom size and bond thickness and their colors. Define the plane and then export it. The exported image can be used for research papers, thesis writing, unit cell or crystal structure visualization, and presentation.
