Here's how you can steam soup dumplings without a steamer!
Plate and Bowl Method:
✨Place bowl upside down in your pot and fill with water.
✨Make sure to add enough water to your pot so that it doesn't exceed the plate, but enough water so that it doesn't evaporate during the steaming process.
✨When water comes to a rolling boil, put your frozen soup dumplings on a plate making sure they are one inch apart.
✨Cover with a lid and set a timer for 11 minutes. Once timer is up, let dumplings set for an additional minute.
✨Dumplings should reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
✨Top with your favorite sauces and enjoy!~
