A new restaurant / wine bar opened in February this year.

Cork and Lobster is a small plate restaurant.
From the couple Jan & Stacey behind Restaurant Roots Southbourne, one of only a few Michelin recommended restaurants in the the area.

We've been wanting to try their restaurant for ages,but as it only has very limited covers, it's difficult to get a table.

To our delight, we found out they had opened a second venue next door.
Slightly different from their tasting menu.
Offering small plates, which is like creating your own tasting menu.

The same high-quality food, but you can pick and choose what you like.

We practically ordered everything off the menu.

Everything was tasty and beautifully presented, just like next door.
The service was very good.
A great evening and a visit highly recommended.
