Описание: This...we can't even. What started out as a normal test quickly took a turn for the worse as this Whelen started making all sorts of weird noises. By the end of the test it was just an extremely loud hissing, not even identifiable as a siren. We have absolutely no idea what could be wrong with this thing. Anyways, it's located at Woodlan High School in Woodburn, visible off US-24. Sirens in Allen County are tested on the 1st Wednesday of the month at noon.
